At the end of the last millennium, in 1996, in Los Angeles, an enthusiastic young Kathi Bazler decided to create LA Splash Cosmetics. During the games with her daughter Brianna, who adores the fairy tale of the Little Mermaid and her friends, the idea of producing high-quality decorative cosmetics in bright colors that every girl could buy anywhere in the world was born. Founded in 2001 by Jon Davler, Inc., a leading manufacturer of makeup products, labels and hardware, later became the parent company of the brand.
